My Self-Imposed Exile Is Over

I’ve been getting my business up and running, busting my butt on a couple projects, and I have also lost about 12 pounds since the last time I posted. What better way to celebrate getting back into the swing of things, but with a 5-minute Chocolate Cake!!! In a coffee mug no less!
Yes, this means I will be back to semi-regular posting. As you know, I am no chef, but I plan to make a lot of food videos in the coming months.

I never would have thought to pickle asparagus. That makes two ideas I need to try thanks to Marisa, but not until my project is finished.
