Chef John does it again with his Shrimp Cocktail.

Okay, so my self imposed food posting exile is over. Since I started my new diet (aka removing hydrogenated oils and high fructose corn syrup from my daily intake), I have been craving different foods on different days. Today’s craving was fish so I had a tuna sandwich for lunch, but I wish I would have seen this video before I ate lunch.

At least I know what I’m having for dinner tomorrow. Thanks Chef John!
