Happy Easter
Sphere: Related ContentAfter the Sabbath, at dawn on the first day of the week, Mary Magdalene and the other Mary went to look at the tomb.
There was a violent earthquake, for an angel of the Lord came down from heaven and, going to the tomb, rolled back the stone and sat on it. His appearance was like lightning, and his clothes were white as snow. The guards were so afraid of him that they shook and became like dead men.
The angel said to the women, “Do not be afraid, for I know that you are looking for Jesus, who was crucified. He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay. Then go quickly and tell his disciples: ‘He has risen from the dead and is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see him.’ Now I have told you.”
Spaghetti
There’s nothing like a nice five-cheese sauce with roasted garlic and even more fresh parmesan reggiano grated on top.

Crab Cakes
Tonight, we had leftovers. I really wanted crabcakes though. You can’t always have what you want.
Of course, I couldn’t even find a video of the crab cakes I want. I am very picky about my Maryland Style Crab Cakes and there isn’t a single video on Youtube that shows how to make them the way they actually taste (and are made) at many locations in the Baltimore area.
When I get a chance, I am going to make a real Maryland Style Crab Cake recipe video. Mark my words.

No photos or video tonight. Sorry.
After Christmas dinner we froze most of the turkey breast and some gravy, so for dinner we thawed it out, sliced the turkey, heated it in the gravy and made hot turkey sandwiches.
Delicious.

I was looking for a good bread recipe tonight and I came across this one from our favorite chef blogger, Chef John. I can’t remember if I posted this exact one before and I was too lazy to check my archives, so here it is.

No food tonight. Well, we had food tonight, but nothing I was going to blog about.
The kids are all stuffy, so we had grilled cheese sandwiches and soup for dinner.
I am curious, however, to see all the grilled cheese sandwiches over at Pithy and Cleaver.
