Beef Tenderloin
One of my favorite dishes is beef tenderloin. Yes, you can blame me for some of that global warming caused by my craving for red meat. Here’s a video I found, that looks delicious.

I can almost smell the nice aroma of beef! Looks easy to whip up! Maybe ill try to get some nice beef cuts this weekend and try this one, thanks.
