Chicken Parmigiano
The other night, Gidget made some delicious Chicken Parmigiano with pasta and veggies.
The mozarella melted weird, but it sure tasted great. It must have been a cheap quality cheese. We will get a better brand next time.
Speaking of next time, the next time we buy mozzarella I am going to eat it with some of our garden fresh tomatoes. Oh man. To.Die.For.
