Roasted Chicken
Earlier today, the wife roasted a chicken, so we would have the meat for a couple recipes that are coming up in the next few days.

When it was done roasting, she let it “rest” for 10 minutes. When she went back out to start slicing it up, it looks more like it “aged” 20 years.

Looks like someone forgot the botox. (It’s still going to be tasty though).

don’t you hate that! I always feel embarassed when company sees the cooled down entree–it never looks as good as it does when it is fresh from the oven. THanks for sharing.
