The guy's voice was kind of hysterical. I kept waiting for something absurd to happen. Best hot dogs: Grill as directed in Barbecueweb.com video. Place in bun that has been spread with mayonaise. Lay one strip of bacon (degreased) on each side of the dog. Top with a huge mound of chopped onion, tomato, cilantro and fresh jalapenos. Once you do it this way, you'll never go back.
